Preparing For Your Spa Visit

We ask that you please review our policies and facility information ahead of your spa appointments.

Spa Policies

We request that you try to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate that you value ours as well. In order to best serve our guests, we require a credit card to be placed on file for certain appointment types. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we kindly request that you notify our spa at least 24 hours in advance. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
