Meet Our Staff

Jean, our practice manager, is responsible for executing the daily clinic operations. She has a background working in surgery and obstetrics/gynecology. Her knowledge combined with her passion for the highest quality in patient care are evident in the way she leads our team.

Brianna is a certified physician assistant who works alongside Dr. Garza to care for patients pre-operatively, surgically, and post-operatively. Brianna ensures patients feel educated and cared for during their entire surgery process. She is passionate about aesthetic medicine and helping patients feel the best they can. Outside of the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

Anna, our receptionist, greets our Indiana plastic surgery patients warmly both in person and on the telephone. She combines her unending kindness with her years of experience in the medical field to make your visit pleasant and effortless. Her gentleness and devotion are true assets for our patients and staff alike.

Leslie is a registered Medical Assistant with 17 years of experience, specializing in women’s health and surgical coordination. Leslie’s strong communication skills and compassionate nature ensure that our patients experience a seamless surgery scheduling process.

Stephanie is our certified medical assistant. She helps to educate patients, preparing them for their surgery or minor in-office procedures. Her vibrant and positive demeanor, combined with her care and compassion for patients, fits perfectly with Dr. Garza’s family-friendly environment in the office.

Stephanie is a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience, most of which has been in the operating room. She has a lifelong love of learning, which she brings to her role as a nurse injector. She is passionate about educating her patients to better help them achieve their aesthetic goals. Outside of work Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with her two Pomeranians.

Angela is a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience, 5 of which have been in head and neck surgery. She is a graduate of Valparaiso University. Angela’s passion for health, wellness and fitness has driven her to explore the world of aesthetic medicine. Her practice philosophy aims to provide quality care by delivering realistic results through safety, satisfaction, and paying attention to detail. She aims to collaborate with each of her patients as an individual to create confidence inside and out.

Anne is our spa manager. She has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, lending her attention to detail and superb client care to the Spa at RG. With every guest in mind, Anne dedicates her expertise to ensuring that everyone who walks into the spa has a full, immersive experience.

Christine is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping her clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in personalized skincare treatments to fit each client’s needs. Her approach combines the use of advanced techniques to achieve visible results, all while providing a relaxing experience.

Holli is a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician and Certified Reiki master teacher with nearly 30 years’ experience in the aesthetic field. Holli’s practice philosophy aims to deliver her clients a relaxing experience, but with real results, through her care, compassion, and attention to detail.

Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Since 2001, she has worked extensively in medical settings, providing therapeutic care to support pain management, mobility, and recovery. Jennifer has also served hospice patients with compassionate, comfort-focused massage, shaping her calm and attentive approach. Jennifer is dedicated to helping individuals ease stress, manage pain, and optimize recovery.
