Cannot recommend enough. From start to finish both Dr. Garza and her team were compassionate, respectful and always listened to any concerns or questions I had. Dr Garza and her entire team are excellent. About a year ago I had upper blepharoplasty. During my consultation I expressed my concern about excess skin and drooping of my left eyelid. Dr Garza was honest about results, and told me the excess skin would be addressed but it might not totally fix the droopiness without repairing the muscle. I was okay with that and went on with the procedure. It was done in office with local anesthesia, I experienced minimal discomfort with the administration of the anesthesia and no pain at all with the procedure. It was so quick! I think for the entire appointment I was in and out within an hour. A year later I am beyond happy with my results, and did see a decent improvement in the drooping of my left eyelid. My scarring is basically not existent. I also think the pricing is very reasonable. I cannot recommend Dr Garza enough!! She is amazing!
From scheduling to the surgery, everything was top notch! Great healing and great results. I had upper and lower bleph and didnt even take an aspirin. No pain at all! Swelling , of course, but had ice packs for that.
I had the most amazing experience at this spa! The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing- it instantly puts you at ease. I had Botox and SkinPen treatments, and both were absolutely incredible. On top of that, I had one of the best massages- truly one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I’ve had. The results and overall care exceeded my expectations, and the professionalism made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for both a calming escape and top quality treatments!

Dr. Garza is a kind, compassionate, professional, and most of all stellar surgeon. Her expertise in the OR is beyond words.
